Always On jumper setting (J36) 7.13
When jumper is installed in the (J36) Always On position, then the Board will automatically power up, when
the external power supply is switched ON.
When jumper is in the (J36) Default position, or if jumper is not mounted, then Always On feature is
disabled and it might be necessary to activate the
power on buttom (PWRBTN_IN#) at the Front Panel
connector (FRONTPNL) in order to switch on the board.
