3. Ensure the tether strap is secure to the pivot bracket.

Unbutton the side bow tether strap (both sides).

4. Using the plastic reinforcement as a handle, slide the

tether strap up the side bow (both sides).

5. The tether strap must be hooked onto the pivot

bracket prior to removal of soft top from vehicle (both

sides).
