When you replace the battery or travel abroad, use the
procedure below to set or adjust the date and time
settings.
•Always use the button-push projection on the strap
buckle 12) to push the
SELECT
and
SET
buttons.

Display the date only.
• Press the
DATE
button to
display the date only.
• Refer to the next page to
set the time
Select the date setting.
• Press the
SELECT
button to
select the setting.
^ The selected setting
(blinking numbers)
changes sequentially from
year to month to day
Set the date.
• Press the
SET
button to set
the date.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set
all the date settings
• If you press the
SELECT
button and none of the date
settings blink, date setting is
complete.
