Option Description
Data The person’s area code and data number.
E-mail Address The person’s e-mail address.
Country The country code you need to dial when calling
this person.
Select Lets you select a picture to help you visually
identify the entry in the Phone Book.
Clear Changes the picture you selected back to the
default picture of a telephone.
Other Phones Lets you provide additional telephone numbers for
this person.
Caller ID Lets you assign or change a Caller ID for this
person.
Groups Lets you assign or change Group membership for
this person.
^ The fax and data fields must be filled in if you want to send a fax or data, even if the fax or
data number is the same as the regular phone number.
If there are many entries in your Phone Book, you may want specific entries to always
appear at the top of the list, such as emergency numbers. You can do this by adding a
spbol, sjjch as (*)+,% in front of the first letter of the entry. Entries that are preceded by
symbols will automatically appear at the top of the Phone Book. You must refresh the
Phone Book screen before the new order takes effect
