Remedy
You cannot store a speed
dialing number.
You cannot make a speed
dialing call.
Make sure you follow the procedure in storing the
number correctly (page 16, 17).
When the handset is in use, you cannnot store a speed
dialing number on the base phone. When the base
phone is in use, you cannot store a speed dialing
number on the handset.
When you hear four short error beeps, move the
handset closer to the base phone, or make sure you set
up the base phone correcth
You entered a dialing kev to which no phone
number has been stored.
Speed dialing is incorrect.
Store a correct number (page 16,17).
The handset does not ring
when calling from the base
phone.
The handset may be engaged in conversation.
The battery may have little or no power. Charge the
battery for more than 8 hours (page 11).
Replace the handset to the base phone.
Move the handset closer to the base phone.
Place the base phone awav from noise sources (page
8
).
The CHARGE lamp does not
light up when you place the
handset on the base phone.
Wipe the charge terminals of the base phone and the
handset with a soft cloth or paper for better contact of
the charge terminals.
Make sure the handset is placed on the base phone
properly.
The CHARGE lamp flashes

Place the base phone away from noise sources (page

Clean the terminal on the base phone and the handset
with a dry, soft cloth.
The battery duration is short.
The power was not continuously supplied to the base
