Troubleshooting
If you've experienced any of the following difficulties while using
your phone, use this troubleshooting list to help you remedy the
problem.
Should any problem persist, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
Symptom Remedy
You hear four short error • Make sure you set up the base unit correctly
beeps when you press (page 9),
(TALK). • Move the handset closer to the base unit.
• Replace the handset to the base unit for a while
to recharge the battery pack.
You hear no dial tone. • Make sure the telephone line cord is securely
connected to the telephone outlet.
• Make sure the battery is fully charged (page
12).
The telephone always • Make sure the number you last dialed
