The table following this paragraph provides corrective action for possible trouble
situations. If further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer
service representative.

As illustrated in “How the Program Works” on page 13, the IP address for a specific IP ID in the
control system’s IP table must be set for the IP address used by the CEN-COM. The IP address at that
same IP ID in the CEN-COM’s static master table must be the control system’s IP address.
