4. Position the telephone base so the telephone line jack and power
jack are facing away from you. Install the convertible base mount
making sure the extended tabs are inserted into the slots engraved
“WALL” on the telephone base. The engraved text “THE END UP
FOR WALL USE” on the convertible base mount should be correctly
oriented.
5. Route the telephone line cord through the channel as shown below,
leaving about 2 inches from the end of the channel for plugging into
the wall jack.
