Fluidics Access Door
The fluidics access door is positioned for easy access to the bulk fluidics (Figure 10).
Changing fluidics containers can easily be done during a “hot swap” of the fluidics or during
general fluidic exchanges.
To perform a hot swap of the fluidics:
1. Close the user access door and click the Swap Fluidics button on the ProSort software.
2. Open the fluidics door to access the bulk fluidics area.
3. Swap the required fluid bottles.
4. Click the play button on the Swap Fluidics screen (Figure 11).
The fluidics access door must remain closed when bulk fluids are not being exchanged. When
the fluidics door is open, full containment is not maintained at certified levels. The system will
still maintain inward flowing air when the door is opened.
