Markers
Hydraulic markers are available. The units have a
cast hub, tapered roller bearings and a bolt-on
blade to leave a mark for you to follow on the next
field pass. Each marker requires a hydraulic cir-
cuit for operation. A sequence valve is available
so markers can be operated on the same hydrau-
lic circuit.
For information on how to operate the markers, re-
fer to “Marker Operation”, page 22. For
information on transporting the markers, refer to
“Transporting with Markers”, page 23. For infor-
mation on how to adjust the markers, refer to
“Marker Adjustments”, page 39.

Seed-Lok Firming Wheels
The optional spring-loaded Seed-Lok firming
wheel presses seed directly into the bottom of the
seed bed. The Seed-Lok option provides more
even emergence since seeds are planted and
firmed at the same depth.
