Mark Left Hoses
26. Select two new (not shown):
800-300C CABLE TIE 2 DIA MIN - ORG
Secure one tie to each end of a single (shorter) base
end hose
, near the NPT fitting. This identifies the
left hand hose set.
Route Independent Hitch Hoses
27. Select six new (not shown):
800-082C CABLE TIE .31X21.5 6DIA 120LB
28. Select the (left) hose set with the orange cable ties.
Route the hoses along the top of the upper tool bar,
through the cutout in the gusset of the transport
carrier mount. Loosely secure with cable ties. Ties
are tightened at “Close-Out” on page 18.
29. Route the right hand side hoses similarly, using the
six remaining ties.
Attach Independent Hose Clamps
Refer to Figure 12
30. Select one set new:
502-067D HYD HOSE CLAMP LABEL
502-068D HYD HOSE CLAMP BRACKET
802-009C RHSNB 5/16-18X1 1/4 GR5
803-199C NUT HEX FLANGE 5/16-18 PLT
Assemble the clamp near the
1 ⁄
2
inch NPT ends of
the hoses. Route the shorter base end hose
under the extended cylinder symbol. Route the
longer rod end hose
under the retracted cylinder
symbol.
31. Repeat step 30 for a second set of hoses.
Attach Independent QD Fittings
Refer to Figure 12
32. Select two separately provisioned:
811-856C CP 1/2FNPT MALE QD
or other fittings compatible with the tractor remotes.
Apply liquid pipe thread sealant to the MNPT
threads. Secure the couplings to the hose ends.
Continue at “Charge and Bleed” on page 12.
