Install Transport Carrier
Start with the left side.
Install Carrier Mount
Refer to Figure 8
18. Select one each new:
113-568H MARKER TRANSPORT MOUNT
two new:
806-159C U-BOLT 1/2-13 X 5 1/32 X 4 1/2
and four sets new:
804-017C WASHER FLAT 1/2 USS PLT
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
Orient the mount ,round-hole break forward and
up, on the top of the upper tool bar, with the mount
center-line 46

inches (118 cm) from the outside
end of the implement. Loosely secure with
U-bolts
, flat washers , lock washers and
nuts .
Adjust the front-to-back position so that the front face
of the mount is 2

inches (5.7 cm) ahead of the
front face of the upper tool bar. Secure nuts.
19. Select one new:
113-560H MARKER CARRIER
two new:
806-005C U-BOLT 1/2-13 X 2 X 3 GR 5
and four sets new:
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
Loosely secure the carrier to the mount with
the U-bolts , lock washers and nuts .
Adjust the height of the carrier so that the base of the
cradle is 29
1 ⁄
4
inches (74.3 cm) above the top of the
upper tool bar. Secure the nuts.
Note: Carrier may require further adjustment after
setting up the hydraulics.
20. Repeat step 18 and step 19 for the right hand
marker.
