13. Insert the bills in groups of 100 (up to 1,200 new bills).
14. Slide the bill holder back into position.
15. Close the cassette door.
16. Rotate the bill dispenser counter-clockwise until it snaps into place.
17. Slide the bill stacker back into the Portal TI.
