Problem Cause Solution
No air is coming out of nozzle
1. There is no air to the unit. 1. Turn air on.
2. The solenoid is not receiving the
proper power signal.
2. Check wiring with wiring diagram.
3. Nozzle is clogged. 3. Replace spray tip and nozzle cap.
No anti-spatter is coming out of unit
with the air
1. There is no anti-spatter in the
reservoir.
1. Fill reservoir with anti-spatter.
2. Spray tip is not screwed in all of
the way.
2. Tighten spray tip.
3. Nozzle cap is not on. 3. Install nozzle cap.
4. Vent on top of reservoir is closed. 4. Open vent on top of reservoir.
5. Nozzle cap needs adjusted.
5. Adjust nozzle cap.
Mist is intermittent
1. Spray tip is not screwed in all of
the way.
1. Tighten spray tip.
2. Nozzle cap is not on correctly. 2. Install nozzle cap and tighten.
