400 SP COMPACT MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
5.01 Remove Original PC-Board
CAUTION
Pull the mains plug before opening the machine.
A. Remove the right side casing cover to access the original PC-board by unscrewing the 9 Phillips-head
mounting screws that hold the cover in place. Refer to Figure 5-1.

B. Disconnect all connectors from the original PC-board and mark them with the appropriate board connector
designations. Refer to Section 2.06.
CAUTION
Be aware of the potential danger of polarity reversal.
C. Remove the original PC-board from its spacers and dispose it in an environmentally responsible fashion.
D. Remove the old spacers (4x).
E. Cut and remove the cable tie wrap as shown in Figure 5-2.
