 7. Use foam-safe CA to glue the plywood rudder
horn into position
Note: Ensure that the holes in the control horn
are in line with the hinge line.
Note: Do not use CA on the hinges until you
are sure the fit of the rudder is correct.
 8. Test fit the rudder to the fuselage. Check that
when the hinge line of the rudder is against the
fuselage, the balance tab does not interfere with
the fin.
 9. Once satisfied with the fit, apply 2–3 drops of
foam-safe CA to each side of each rudder hinge.
Work quickly to install the rudder before the CA
has time to cure.
