Your washing machine does not
require special care than that
already mentioned.
Before you call customer service,
please check whether you can
eliminate the fault yourself
(see from Page 35).
A technician who is called out to
give advice will charge you, even
if the appliance is still under
guarantee.
Your nearest Customer Service
centre can be found in the index
supplied.
Please provide customer service
with the product number (EĆNr.) and
the production number (FD) of the
appliance. In specifying the product
number and production number of
your appliance, you help us in our
attempt to prevent unnecessary
travelling and the associated extra
costs.
You can find this information on the
appliance rating plate (see picture)
and in the box marked in bold
outline on the appliance plate at the
back of the appliance.
