Family: Plymouth Item No. 4243 OB
1. Find a clear area in which you can work.
2. Unpack fixture and glass from carton.
3. Carefully review instructions prior to assembly.
*** The construction of this fixture will be accomplished by first determining
the length of stem required, mounting the mounting strap to the junction box,
making all necessary elctrical connections, hanging the fixture from the ceiling,
and then installing the glass.

SAFETY WARNING: READ WIRING AND GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS (I.S. 18)
AND ANY ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS. TURN POWER SUPPLY OFF DURING
INSTALLATION. IF NEW WIRING IS REQUIRED, CONSULT A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES FOR CODE REQUIREMENTS.
1. Slip top cap (4) with loop attached, along wire and thread onto top of fixture - see
Drawing 1.
2. Slip candle sleeve (2) through ring, and over socket (1). To prevent scratching the
candle sleeve when slipping it through the ring, wrap the sleeve in a piece of paper.
After candle sleeve is set the paper can be removed.
3. Set shade (5), on top of harp (3) and thread in knob (6) to secure it.
4. Thread bottom finial (7) onto coupler (8) located at the bottom of the fixture.
5. Please refer to the hanging instruction sheet (I.S. 19) provided to complete
installation of this fixture.
