1 Removing the union nut

Loosen the union nut and remove it.

2 Inserting the rotor

Clean the surface of the rotor with ethanol using a lint-free cloth.

Insert the rotor into the rotor housing in such a way that the tub-
ing connections on the rear of rotor fit into the corresponding
recesses inside the housing and one of the three holes of the
rotor is visible from below in the slot of the housing.

Note

If the rotor is correctly inserted, its sealing surface will be approx. 4
mm within the housing.

If this is not the case, the rotor must be moved into the right posi-
tion from below using a sharp object (e.g. screwdriver).
