Check all capillary connections and seal leaks,
if necessary (see Chapter 3.5, page 13).
Marked rise in pres-
sure
Inline filter (6.2821.120)
blocked.
Replace the filter (6.2821.130) (see Chapter
5.6, page 56).
Guard column – blocked.
Replace guard column (see Chapter 3.14,
page 35).
Separation column –
blocked.

Regenerate separation column (see Chap-

Note: Samples should always be microfiltered
