Premiere Pro/After Effects CS5.0.3 Bug

– The TimeCode for 23.976 QT Ref MOV files and QT Self-Contained

MOV files is not interpreted correctly in CS5.0.3. This may be due to PPro/AE CS5.0.3 not interpreting the
23976/1000 rate of the TimeCode Track correctly. PPro/AE CS5.5.0 does not appear to have this issue.
