The CPU card contains a video jumper setting that is specific to each
version of the 6181 Computer with a display. You must change the
jumper on the new CPU to match the display.
To change the video jumper setting:
1. Locate the jumper JP2 on the new CPU card.
2. Change the jumper setting to match the display of your 6181
Computer.
ATTENTION: If the CPU display jumper is set
incorrectly, the 6181 Computer video circuitry may be
damaged.
Note:
For non-display units, this jumper can be set to either
setting.
Once you have correctly set the video jumper setting on the new card,
remove the existing CPU card from your 6181 Computer and install the
new CPU card.

Computer, refer to Chapter 4, "Adding/Removing System Components"
in the 6181 Industrial Computer User Manual (Publication 6181-6.0).
