13) Mount Base Module with four Mounting Screws.
14) Re-Install conduit fittings and wires onto terminal block.
15) Tighten the terminal screws.
16) Install terminal cover plate.
17) Tighten the four mounting screws on
the terminal access cover plate to
12-14 lb-in.

13) Mount Base Module with four mounting screws.
14) Install the ArmorConnect Media to the gland plate connectors by
plugging the media in and tightening the fastener.

Installation of Control Module

Installation of Base Module

NOTE: Verify that the new Control Module has the same node address as the

old module. Default setting is ‘99’

If the unit has Safety Monitor Option (-SM), re-connect the wire

connection between the Control and Base Modules

18) Install the Control Module by pushing straight toward the base with proper orientation
19) Tighten the four mounting screws to 30-40 lb-in.

20) Install communications, input and output cables to the Base Module, and motor and brake cables to the Control Module.
