Beschreibung des Systems DPB Polyvrac
a) Einführung
Das System DPB Polyvrac ist ein Gerät zur Messung
und Kontrolle bei der Streuung von Düngergranulat
mit einer zur Fahr geschwindigkeit proportionale
Ausbringmenge.

G EWICHTSINFORMATIONEN DÜRFEN NICHT FÜR
H ANDELSGESCHÄFTE BENUTZT WERDEN .
Der Düngerstreuer DPB Polyvrac darf nur für die
Arbeiten einge setzt werden, für die er konzipiert ist.
Für den Fall, dass Beschädigungen bei einer
Benutzung auf treten, die außerhalb des Rahmens
der vom Hersteller spezifizier ten Anwendungen
liegt, ist letzterer von jeglicher Haftung befreit.
Der Düngerstreuer DPB Polyvrac darf nur von
kompetenten Personen, die sich mit seinen
Eigenschaften und der Betriebs anleitung ver traut
gemacht haben, benutzt, gewartet und repariert
werden.
b) Beschreibung
³ Elektronikgerät Vision DPB Polyvrac.
³ Stromzufuhr für die elektrischen Auslöser,
Schutz = 45 A.
³ Stromzufuhr für das Vision Elektronikgerät,
Schutz = 7 A. Der Anschluss erfolgt hinten
an der Konsole am RS 232 Stecker an
oberen Port.
³ Fahrgeschwindigkeitssensor.
³ Anschlusseinheit.
³ Elektrische Auslöser für die
Streumengenkontrolle.
³ Verbindungskabelbündel

Presentation of the DPB Polyvrac system
a) Introduction
The DPB Polyvrac system is a measuring and
monitoring instrument for granular fertiliser
spreading with a rate proportional to drive rate.
• T HE WEIGHT DATA PRODUCED BY THE DPB P OLYVRAC
CANNOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS .
The DPB Polyvrac spreader should only be used for
the purposes for which it was designed.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage
caused by using the machine for other purposes
than those specified in this instruction manual.
The DPB Polyvrac spreader must be used,
maintained and repaired only by competent
personnel familiar with the specifications and use of
the machine.
b) Presentation
³ Vision DPB Polyvrac unit.
³ Power supply for the electrical rams,
protection = 45 A.
³ Power supply for the Vision unit, protection
= 7 A, connect at the rear of the console in
socket RS 232 in the top port.
³ Forward speed sensor.
³ Connection box.
³ Electrical rams for controlling the flow rate.

a) Introduction
Le Système DPB Polyvrac est un instrument de
mesure et de contrôle de l'épandage d'engrais
granulés avec débit proportionnel à l'avancement.
• L ES INFORMATIONS DE POIDS DONNÉES PAR LE DPB
P OLYVRAC NE PEUVENT PAS ÊTRE UTILISÉES POUR DES
TRANSACTIONS COMMERCIALES .
Le distributeur DPB Polyvrac ne doit être utilisé que
pour les travaux pour lesquels il a été conçu.
En cas de dommage liй а l’utilisation hors du cadre
des applications spécifiées par le constructeur, la
responsabilité de celui-ci sera entièrement
dégagée.
Le distributeur DPB Polyvrac ne doit être utilisé,
entretenu et réparé que par des personnes
compétentes, familiarisées avec les caractéristiques
et le mode d’utilisation de la machine.
b) Présentation

³ Alimentation pour les vérins électriques

le Branchement est à réaliser à l’arrière de la
console sur la prise RS 232 du port du haut.
