b) 2ème Méthode
Essai de débit en réalisant une pesée de la
machine avant l’essai et une pesée à la fin de
l’essai
Il est conseillé de calibrer le “Facteur T” du produit
avec un test.
D EUX POSSIBILITÉS D ' ACCÈS :
1 - Depuis le menu Epandage
- Réaliser une pesée de la machine (P1)
- Sélectionner le menu EPAN
- Sélectionner la fonction
- Sélectionner 1 : test de calibrage.
- Sélectionner pour
déployer les vérins.
- Sélectionner pour démarrer le test.
- Sélectionner
- Enclencher le DPA (le tapis) et avancer, l’engrais
coule, une alarme se déclenche pour prévenir du
risque de débordement dans le cas d’un essai de
débit avec les seaux. (ne pas en tenir compte)
La durée de l’essai est à déterminer par le conducteur,
au minimum réaliser une surface de 0,25 ha.
- A la fin de l’essai appuyer sur .
- Réaliser une pesée (P2) de la machine.
- Calculer le poids réellement épandu: P1-P2 = P
- Entrer le poids P obtenu en kg et valider avec
.
Le boîtier a calculé le nouveau “Facteur T”
spécifique au produit.

b) 2nd method
Calibration test by weighing the machine
before the test and again at the end
You are advised to calibrate the product’s “T factor”
by carrying out a test.
T WO ACCESS OPTIONS :
1 - From the Spreading menu
- Weigh the machine (W1)
- Select the EPAN (Spreading) menu
- Select the
(Calibration) function
- Select 1: calibration test.
- Select to extend the rams.
- Select to start the test.
- Select (Start)
- Power up the DPA (the belt) and move
forwards, the fertiliser flows and an alarm is
triggered to warn of the risk of the buckets
overflowing if the buckets are being used for a
flow rate test (do not take into account).
The length of the test must be determined by the
driver, as a minimum it should be carried out over an
area of 0.25 hectares.
- At the end of the test press (End).
- Weigh the machine (W2).
- Calculate the actual weight spread: W1-W2 = W
- Enter the weight W obtained in kg and press
to confirm.
The unit calculates the new “T factor” specific to the
product.
b) Zweite Methode
Abdrehprobe durch Wiegen der Maschine
einmal vor und einmal nach der Probe.
Es ist empfehlenswert, den „T-Faktor“ des Produkts
durch einen Test zu ermitteln.
Z WEI Z UGRIFFSMÖGLICHKEITEN :
1 - Vom Ausbringungsmenü
- Maschine wiegen (P1)
- EPAN-Menü wählen.

- 1 wählen: Kalibrierungstest.
- Wählen Sie
um die Zylinder
auszufahren.
- Wählen Sie um den Test zu starten.

- DPA auslösen (Förderband) und fahren, der
Dünger rieselt, ein Alarm wird ausgelöst, wenn
Überlaufen der Eimer droht (bei Abdrehprobe
mit Eimern). (nicht berücksichtigen)
Die Dauer der Abdrehprobe ist vom Schlepperfahrer
zu bestimmen, Mindestfläche 0,25 ha.
- Am Ende der Abdrehprobe auf drücken.
- Maschine wiegen (P2).
- Real ausgebrachtes Gewicht ermitteln: P1-P2 = P
- Erhaltenes Gewicht P in kg eingeben und mit
bestätigen.
Das Gerät hat den spezifischen „T-Faktor“ für den
Dünger neu berechnet.
