Changement des dents
a) Dents boulonnées
Les dents de la herse doivent être changées avant
une usure trop importante qui pourrait
endommager les rotors.
- Changer les dents l’une après l’autre pour ne pas
faire d’erreur de montage

- Monter les dents de façon à ce q’elles soient en
position traînante par rapport au sens de rotation.
Le montage dans l’autre sens des dents est possible
dans le cas d’utilisation très précise sur mulch
profond (nous consulter).
- Utiliser les vis d’origine et serrer à un couple de
400 N.m.
Il est conseillé de changer les vis et les brides après
deux jeux de dent minimum.
Replacing the tines
a) Bolt-on tines
The tines on the harrow must be replaced before
excess wear causes damage to the rotors.
- Replace the tines one at a time to prevent any
mix-up when fitting.

- Fit the tines so that they trail in the direction of
rotation.
The tines may be fitted the other way round for
special use on deep mulching (consult us).
- Use only original screws and tighten to a torque of
400 N.m.
You are advised to replace the bolts and clamps
after at least two sets of tines have been used.

E Auswechseln der Zinken
a) Verschraubte Zinken
Die Eggenzinken sollten vor allzu großem
Verschleiß ausgewechselt werden, der die Rotoren
beschädigen könnte.
- Zinken einen nach dem anderen auswechseln, um
vor Montagefehlern sicher zu sein.

- Zinken so montieren, dass sie sich gegenüber
dem Drehsinn in Schleppstellung befinden.
Die umgekehrt gerichtete Montage ist möglich bei
ganz bestimmten Arbeiten in tiefem Mulch
(wenden Sie sich an uns).
- Originalschrauben verwenden und auf ein
Anziehdrehmoment von 400 Nm festschrauben.
Es wird empfohlen, die Schrauben und Flansche
mindestens nach zweimaligem Auswechseln der
Zinken auszuwechseln.
