Markers
a) Setting to working position
Markers are designed for tractor centreline marking.
They are pre-adjusted in the factory.
- Build up hydraulic pressure.
- Remove the clip and pull out the pin while
holding the marker arm with the other hand.
Put the clip
back in position
to secure the pin.
- Lower the first marker.
- Remove the pin
and unscrew the screws
using a flat-key.
- Set the secondary tube to the extended position.
(for L > 3m)
- After positioning this tube, lock it in place with
the pin and the screws .
Markers were pre-adjusted in the factory.
However, if you want to refine that adjustment, move
the disc bracket
on the tube.
The distance between the last seed row and the
marker disk is equal to half of the working width plus
half a row width.
The slanting of the disc can be adjusted to obtain a
more or less visible marking. Four settings are possible
by changing the position of orientation key
.
Assembling the cultivating implement
The markers may be fitted to the SULKY HR rotary
harrows.(factory assembly)

Traceurs
a) Mise en position de travail
Les traceurs sont conçus pour un marquage au
centre du tracteur. Ils sont pré-réglés usine.
- Mettre la pression hydraulique.
- Retirer la goupille et dégager la broche
en tenant le bras de traceur avec l'autre main.
Remettre la goupille dans l’orifice
pour bloquer la broche.
- Baisser le premier traceur.
- Retirer la broche et dévisser les vis à l’aide
d’une clef plate.
- Mettre le tube secondaire en position allongée.
(pour L > 3m)
- Après avoir positionné ce tube, verrouiller avec la
broche et bloquer avec les vis .
Les traceurs sont pré réglés d'usine.
Toutefois, si vous désirez ajuster ce réglage,
déplacez le support
du disque sur le tube.
La distance entre la dernière ligne de semis et
disque de traceur est égale à une 1/2 largeur de
travail plus un 1/2 écartement.
Il est possible de régler l'inclinaison du disque pour
avoir un marquage au sol plus ou moins important.
Quatre réglages sont disponibles en changeant la
position de la cale d'orientation
.
Montage sur l'outil de travail du sol
Il est possible de monter les traceurs sur les herses
rotatives SULKY HR. (montage d’usine)

Spurreißer
a) In Arbeitsstellung bringen
Die Spurreißer sind für eine Fahrgassenmarkierung
in Schleppermitte gedacht. Sie sind im Werk
voreingestellt.
- Hydraulikdruck anschalten.
- Splint herausziehen und den Bolzen
freilegen, wobei der Arm des Spurreißers mit der
anderen Hand gehalten werden muss.
Den Splint
zur Blockierung des Bolzens
wieder einsetzen .
- Den ersten Spurreißer absenken.
- Raststift
abnehmen und die Schrauben mit
einem Maulschlüssel aufschrauben.
- Das Nebenrohr in Liegeposition bringen.
(für L > 3m)
- Nach Positionierung dieses Rohrs mit dem Raststift
verriegeln und mit den Schrauben blockieren.
Die Spurreißer sind im Werk voreingestellt.
Sollten Sie diese Einstellung verändern wollen,
versetzen Sie den Scheibenhalter
auf dem Rohr.
Der Abstand der letzten Saatlinie zum Spurreißerrad
ist gleich ½ Arbeitsbreite plus ½ Reihenabstand.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Scheibenneigung zu
ver stellen, um eine schwächere oder stärkere
Fahrgassen einrichtung zu erzielen. Vier Einstellungen
sind durch das Versetzen des Paßstückes
möglich.
Montage des Bodenbearbeitungsgerätes
Die Spurreißer können auf die Kreiseleggen SULKY
HR montiert werden.(Werksmontage)
