Einstellung der Saatmenge
F ÜR DIE A BDREHPROBE LESEN S IE BITTE DIE
B EDIENUNGSANLEITUNG DER PILOT-K ONSOLE
1 - Luftzufuhr
- Turbinengeschwindigkeit nach der Breite der
Drillmaschine einstellen und Einstellklappe nach
Saatart positionieren, wie in untenstehender
Tabelle gezeigt.
Achtung: sämtliche Einstellvorgänge sind bei
Maschinenstillstand durchzuführen.
2 - Anderung der Drehzahl des Dosierorgans
Die von der Saatart abhängige
Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Dosierers den
Streumengentabellen entnehmen.
Das Übersetzungsgetriebe befindet sich im Gehäuse
links vom Dosierorgan. (Normal- oder
Mikrogeschwindigkeit)
- Rändelschraube lockern, um den Deckel zu
öffnen.
- Rotes Ritzel in das schwarze Ritzel schieben
(linke Seite), um mit Normalgeschwindigkeit -
a- zu arbeiten.
- Rotes Ritzel in Richtung Zellenrad herausziehen
(rechte Seite), um die Mikrogeschwindigkeit -b-
einzustellen.
- Sicherstellen, dass das rote Zahnrad in seiner
Aufnahme gut verriegelt ist.

1 - Airflow
- Adjust the fan speed in line with the width of
your seed drill and position the choke according
to the type of seed used, as indicated in the table
opposite.
Please note that all of these operations
should only be carried out when the seed
drill is stopped.
2 - Metering mechanism speed selection
Refer to the calibration charts to select the metering
mechanism rotation speed for each type of seed.
The speed reducer can be found in the housing
located to the left of the metering mechanism (normal
or micro speed).
- Unscrew the knob to open the cover.
- Engage the red cog in the black cog (on
the left-hand side) to work at Normal speed -a-
- Slide out the red cog towards the metering wheel
(right-hand side) to switch to Micro speed -b-.
- Ensure that the red cog is correctly seated in its
detent.

1 - Débit d’air
- Ajuster la vitesse de la turbine suivant la largeur
de votre semoir et positionner le volet selon le
type de graine utilisé comme indiqué dans le
tableau ci-contre.
Attention toutes ces opérations doivent être
effectuées semoir arrêté.
2 - Sélection de la vitesse de rotation du
doseur
En fonction du type de graine, se référer aux tableaux
de débit pour le choix de la vitesse de rotation du
doseur.
Le réducteur de vitesse se trouve dans le carter
situé à gauche du doseur. (vitesse Normal ou Micro)
- Desserrer le bouton moleté pour ouvrir le
couvercle.
- Engager le pignon rouge dans le pignon noir
(coté gauche) pour travailler en vitesse
Normale -a-.
- Sortir le pignon rouge vers la roue doseuse
(coté droit) pour mettre la petite vitesse
Micro -b-.
- S'assurer que le pignon rouge est bien verrouillé
dans son billage.
