To switch the answering machine
off from the handset

Press the UP or DOWN button until
the display shows ANSWER.

Press the OK button to confirm.

After a slight pause PLAY is displayed.

Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll
to OFF.

Press the OK button to confirm.

The handset earpiece gives a long beep
and the display shows OFF.

Press the C button twice to exit.

The lit Answer button on the base will
go out.

To switch the answering machine
on or off from the base

At the base:

To switch on Answer and Record

mode:
Repeatedly press the ANSWER button
until it is illuminated green. You will
hear, “Answer on”.

(Note that you must have recorded an
Answer and Record outgoing message.)

To switch on Answer Only mode:
Repeatedly press the ANSWER button
until it flashes green. You will hear,
“Answer Only”

(Note that you must have recorded an
Answer Only outgoing message.)

To switch the answering machine off:
Repeatedly press the Answer button
until the green light goes off. You will
hear, “Answer off”.

played through the earpiece followed
by a long beep. The display shows ON.

Press the C button twice to exit.

The Answer button on the base will
come on to indicate that the answering
machine is in Answer and Record
mode.

For Answer Only:

Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll
to ANSWER.

Press the OK button to confirm.

PLAY

is displayed and your Answer

Only outgoing message will be played
back through the handset earpiece
followed by a long beep. The display
shows ON.

Press the C button twice to exit.

The Answer button on the base will
flash to indicate that the answering
machine is in Answer Only mode.
