To listen to your outgoing message
Press the UP or DOWN button until
the display shows ANSWER.
Press the OK button to confirm.
After a slight pause PLAY is displayed.
Press the OK button to confirm.
MESSAGES
is displayed.
Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll
to OUT MSG.
Press the OK button to confirm.
ANSW REC
is displayed.
For Answer and Record:
Press the OK button.
PLAY
is displayed and your Answer and
Record outgoing message will be
played back through the handset
earpiece followed by a long beep.
Or
For Answer Only:
Use the UP or DOWN button to scroll
to ANSWER.
Press the OK button to confirm.
PLAY
is displayed and your Answer
Only outgoing message will be played
back through the handset earpiece
followed by a long beep.
Press the C button twice to exit.
Press the UP or DOWN button until
the display shows ANSWER.
Press the OK button to confirm.
After a slight pause PLAY is displayed.
Use the DOWN button to scroll to
DELETE
.
Press the OK button to confirm.
MESSAGES
is displayed.
Use the DOWN button to scroll to OUT
MSG
.
Press the OK button to confirm.
DONE
is displayed and then DELETE.
Your own Answer and Record and
Answer Only messages are deleted and
the pre-recorded outgoing messages
will be re-instated.
Press the C button twice to exit.

Important
Both your own Answer and Record and
Answer Only outgoing messages will be
deleted. The pre-recorded outgoing messages
(OGM) will be automatically restored when
your own outgoing messages are deleted.
