14. Remove any connected cylinders and press and release the EDIT ENTER
button. The SDM-2012 will purge for 30 seconds.
15. At the end of the purge cycle, you will be prompted to reconnect the calibration
cylinder to the GAS 2 fitting.
16. Reconnect the ppm calibration cylinder and press and release the EDIT
ENTER button.
17. The SDM-2012 begins the calibration by applying fresh air to the ppm sensor
for the time defined by the AIR TIME calibration parameter.
NOTE: If the GAS menu item in Edit Mode is set to Std, the ppm sensor and
the %volume sensor will not be calibrated.
18. The SDM-2012 will perform a fresh air adjustment on the ppm sensor.
• If the air adjustment is successful, the SDM-2012 will continue as
described in step 19 below.
