Radiator/Filler Cap — Holds coolant or water

necessary to keep engine at a safe operating

temperature. Remove this cap to add water or

antifreeze.

Blade Speed Pedal — Slow blade speed is

accomplished by slightly depressing the foot pedal

while maximum blade speed is accomplished by fully

depressing the pedal.

Overflow Bottle — Supplies coolant to the radiator

when radiator coolant level is low. Fill to indicated level

as shown on bottle.

Engine Oil Filler Cap — Remove this cap to add

engine oil.

Clamshell Securing Bolt Location (4 places)

Remove to open clamshell.

Clutch and Belt — Drive Pulleys transfer power from

the engine to the gearboxes

Spare Belt Carrier — Contains a spare drive belt for

expedient belt replacement.

Battery — Provides +12V DC power to the electrical

system

Right Side Clamshell — Remove two bolts to open

for service and maintenance access.

Left Side Clamshell — Remove two bolts to open for

service and maintenance access.

Retardant Spray Filler Cap — Remove this cap to

add spray retardant.

Burp Tank — Hydraulic Fluid top-off point.

43.

Test Port-Hydraulic Pressure — Hook test guage to

test port to determine hydraulic pressure during operation.

Retardant Spray Control Button — Located on both

joysticks. When pressed, allows retardant spray to flow

through the spray nozzle.

a complete guide to concrete finishing. It is strongly

suggested that all operators (experienced and novice) read

“Slabs on Grade ” published by the American Concrete
