Multipure Drinking water systems have been tested and certified under nsF/AnsI standard 53 as shown
below. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was reduced to a con-
centration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified in
nsF/AnsI 53, Health effects.

Chloroform was used as a surrogate for VOC reduction claims, the Multipure Systems’ actual reduction rate of Chloroform was
>99.8% as tested (at 200% of capacity).
