2 flashes repeating
Two flashes repeating can indicate:
•
Isolation valve position Fault. Cause: ISM isolation valve position state
does not match the ISM isolation valve command state.
•
Opens up J1 interlock out relays for 1 second and latches ISM control in an
interlock state.
Important
Interlock relay must be wired to HSM controller interlock input to
signal the interlock to shut off the HSM controller outputs.
•
Reset by an “off” to “on” transition of the HSM low output from an HSM
controller or by pressing the corresponding ISM controller “Fault Reset”
button. If the fault comes back after resetting, there is something wrong with
the isolation valve control/valve position monitoring, external to the ISM
controller.
3 flashes repeating
Three flashes repeating can indicate:
•
Pilot Pressure “pressure” Fault. Cause: Pilot pressure state does not match
the pilot pressure valve command state.
•
Opens up J1 interlock out relays for 1 second and latches ISM control in an
interlock state.
Important
Interlock relay must be wired to HSM controller interlock input to
signal the interlock to shut off the HSM controller outputs.
•
Reset by an “off” to “on” transition of the HSM low output from an HSM
controller or by pressing the corresponding ISM controller channel “Fault
Reset” button. If the fault comes back after resetting, there is something
wrong with the pilot pressure valve control/pressure monitoring, external to
the ISM controller.
