place the Spacer against the rear frame weldment, lining up the top
two bolt holes. Insert two ½” x 6-1/2” bolts through the weldment
then the spacer, slide the S-Tine bracket over the bolts, secure with
½” lock nuts. Repeat for the remaining spacers.
Wing spacer installation similar.

If your machine is equipped with the 1J887 S-Tines,
Refer to Figure 7 which shows the proper positioning of these brackets when assembled.
Brackets must be assembled exactly as shown in Figure 7. Reversing some of these brackets
will cause interference later when mounting spring teeth.
11. If your machine is equipped with the 9D662 C-Tooth assemble ten Tooth Tube Brackets to the ten
vertical tube weldments on the center frame
members. Use ½” x 5” bolts and lock nuts. Mount the
brackets to the middle and bottom holes. See Figure 6-A.
