- Remove coupling nut (10) from
condensate cooler (Attention,
retainer underneath coupling nut!)
- Locate condensate cooler (2) in
holder
- Install receiving flask (4) and
secure with clamp (5).
- Fit red coupling ring (10) and seal
(9) on right-hand end of PTFE
hose (7). Plug this line assembly
in glass thread (18) of aftercooler
(2). Plug left-hand over outlet stud
(6), pull coupling nut tight.
- Connect cooling water with fittings
(11), exhaust air with fitting (14),
as required.
3.3. Vacuum supply
- Vacuum supply is connected with inlet fitting (12)

Electric power supply
- Before connecting power supply with mains network check whether:
actual voltage is identical with voltage depicted on data plate (refer to "Safety
Information”); Refer to "General" for more information of plug connectors used.
Caution: ROTAVAC vario tec consists of a pump (24V=) and a power supply module
(mains voltage)
- Connect power cord with wall outlet.
- Connect pump wire with control box (also refer to LABOROTA 4002/4003 Owner's Manual)
