INSTALLING THE 7160-0451:
1. Remove the four bolt covers on the passenger
seat to gain access to the seat bolts.
2. Remove the front two seat bolts that attach the
passenger seat to the floor.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts about 1 to 2 turns.
Loosen enough so the seat can be tilted back to
install the base beween the front of the passenger
seat and the floor.
4. Reinstall the front seat bolts through the base into
the floor. Tighten the bolts in place.
5. Tighten the rear seat bolts that were previously
loosened.
6. Re-install the four bolt covers removed in step one.
ATTACHING THE POLE:
1. The pole is attached with the (4) 3/8" bolts and
washers provided in hardware bag 7120-0039.
The 7160-0451 assemlby should not be positioned in •
the area where the airbag may be deployed.
DO NOT position the equipment in front of an •
airbag. Equipment positioned in front of an airbag
may cause serious injury or death if an airbag is
activated.
If installation of the equipment requires that the •
equipment be placed in front of an airbag, you must
contact the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration at 1-800-424-9393 to gain permission to
do so. If you have any other questions or need

High speed vehicle turns may cause parts of the •
upper level assemlby to swivel, interfering with the
driver or other equipment.
