ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SF189

IMPORTANT
TURN OFF THE POWER AT THE MAIN
FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX
BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack and identify all parts
before assembly. Bulbs are not included.
1. Install arms onto canopy with lock washers
and screws. Tighten screws.
2. Install bulbs (not included). See
relamping label located at socket area
for type and maximum allowed wattage.
3. Slip rubber washers over screws. Slip
screws of loop and screw assembly through
holes in shade. Attach glass to frame
by threading cap nuts onto screws until
secure. Do not over tighten.
4. Follow enclosed “Multiple Standard
Installation Instructions” for electrical
and fixture installation onto ceiling
outlet box.
