Tighten collar according to Table 1. Make sure
setscrew is located on top half of arm. Secure
pivot pin in place by tightening setscrew until it
engages the pin.
Install rubber washer and arm portion of T-arm.
Make sure setscrew is located on top half of arm.
Secure pivot pin in place by tightening setscrew
until it engages the pin. See Figure 4.
