5.3.1. Start Oven
1. Start fan
a. Open oven door
b. Press Power Switch to ON (Figure 1). Listen for the recirculating fan to start.
c. Shut oven door
d. Check that control display turns ON.
2. Operate temperature control as desired by following the control operation instructions to
follow.
