Initial Start-up
Installation Check List
1.
Remove any protective film from dishwasher. Check the interior for foreign material.
2. Make sure that the dishwasher is permanently located.
3. Make sure that all utility connections are complete.
4. Make sure that the chemical supply containers are full.
5. Make sure that the pump suction screen is in place.
6. Make sure the drain screen is clean and unobstructed by debris.
7.
Make sure the scrap screen plate and scrap screens installed and firmly seated.
The screen plate is mounted in the center of the wash tank and locks in a slot on the back screen
support.
8. Make sure that the spray arms are in place and that they spin freely.
9. Fully close the dishwasher door.
10. Turn hot water supply on and check for leaks in the main water supply piping connected
to the dishwasher.
Make sure the pump suction strainer is in place.
IMPORTANT
During the initial fill, adjust the PRV to ensure that the flowing pressure of the incoming water
is set between 20-25 PSI.
Make sure the scrap screen plate is mounted in the center
of the wash tank and separating the scrap screens.
Make sure the scrap screens are in place.
Make sure the drain screen is
unobstructed.
