2: Type the zone ID (Receiver ID).
3: Enter a description of the zone.
4: Click the Update button. The information will appear in the table.
5: Click OK to finish.
Editing a Zone
Only the zone description may be changed.
1: On the Zones tab of the Device-Zone Setup dialog box, select the zone to be edited
and click Edit.
2: Change the zone description and click Update. The revised information will appear in
the table.
3: Click OK to finish.
Deleting a Zone
1:
On the Zones tab of the Device-Zone Setup dialog box, select the zone and click
Delete.
2: One of two messages will be displayed:
• “Delete [Zone description]?”
• “[Zone description] has Relationships. Drop Relationships?” This message will
be displayed if If the zone has been assigned a device
3: Click Yes to delete entry or click No to cancel.
NOTE If you select No , a message will display saying, “Delete not confirmed. Delete
canceled.” Click OK to cancel the deletion of the zone.
4: Click OK to finish.
