2.6. Saving automat
After dialling the service “access to an external line” none of the external lines are
activated. For lines that use the LCR, the PBX simulates an external dialling tone and
awaits the next number dialled. According to an analysis of the next number dialled the
PBX determines the connection and carries out the connection. For an internal
subscriber entry to the LCR is obligatory, possible or prohibited (as determined in the
Authorisations Table). At the same time it is possible to use up to 4 analysis masks and
these being in combinations that allow or block the analysis of dialling depending on the
individual rows of the Dialling Analysis table.
2.6.1. Dialling analysis
In the rows of this table the number dialled to an external network from a subscriber
who has ticked the choice Use the LCR is compared with the numbers entered here.
This comparison eliminates the rows that are not in agreement in at least one of the four
masks for dialling analysis for an internal subscriber and the Rows of the dialling
analysis. The result is a route number (routes ranging from 0
– 150), though which the
outgoing call will be dispatched.
In the table rows it is also possible to set up a mask for choosing the ARS 1-4
service. These services are primarily used for access to private networks.
The next chapter gives some illustrative examples.
