SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Check and tighten bolts and nut according to JLG’s torque chart.
Replace leaking or damaged cylinders, worn pads, and worn or missing
decals.
Check vacuum manifold cups before each use, keep clean and free of
debris.
Due to various environmental operating conditions and care, replacement
interval of the vacuum manifold cups will vary. Replace the cups if they
exhibit any of the following symptoms - become discolored with age, are
dried out or show signs of cracking.
INSTALLATION
The cladder accessory is fastened to the scissor deck using pre-existing
holes drilled into the deck when accessory is ordered with the machine from
the factory. Refer to Figure 11. and detailed parts list for further installation of
hardware.
