The glass slides are placed onto the four contact surfaces of the metal
carrier:

gradient like all other tube types
(i.e. for the

is selected instead of the tube types
"0.2 ml", "0.5 ml" and "plate"). Specific settings for the adapter are thus
selected.
During such programming, please observe that the temperature of the
sample (TUBE) is regulated. The lid heating
switches off automatically
(corresponds to LID=0°), irrespective of the entry in the LID field.
