Symptom/message
Cause
Remedy
• Air is aspirated.
• The titrated liquid
contains air bubbles.
• The device was not
sufficiently deaired.
Deair the device
(see p. 23).
• The telescopic
aspirating tube has
not been mounted
completely.
Slide the telescopic
aspirating tube firmly onto
the connection opening
(see p. 18).
• The telescopic
aspirating tube is
damaged.
Shorten the telescopic
aspirating tube or replace
it.(see p. 18).
• The telescopic
aspirating tube does
not immerse into the
liquid.
Lengthen the telescopic
aspirating tube until it is
immersed in the liquid
(see p. 18).
• The connection
opening is damaged.
Send in the device for repair.
Liquid is not aspirated. • The connection
opening is clogged.
Clean the device
(see p. 32).
The titration volume is
too small.
• The telescopic
aspirating tube has
not been mounted
completely.
Slide the telescopic
aspirating tube firmly onto
the connection opening (see
p. 18).
• The telescopic
