2. Slide the capillary through the inner O-rings up to the stop into the universal capillary holder.
3. Tighten the grip head.
4. In the case of CellTram Oil and CellTram vario, carefully wipe any excess oil off of the
universal capillary holder and the capillary using a soft cellulose cloth if necessary.
When using Eppendorf Femtotips
1. Screw the Femtotip adapter into the universal capillary holder.
2. Screw the Femtotip into the Femtotip adapter.
4.5 Setting the angle of the CellTram
1. Loosen the fastening screw in the tilting joint with an Allen key (4 mm).
2. Set the CellTram via the tilting joint.
3. Tighten the fastening screw in the tilting joint with an Allen key (4 mm).
1. Slightly screw the grip head into the
universal capillary holder.
Hint!
No stop is felt with capillaries with an inner diameter < 0.8 mm.
