Removing air bubbles
4.4 Mounting the capillary
4. Screw on the blind screw. When doing so,
make sure that no new air bubbles enter the
bore.
5. Soak up any excess oil using a soft
cellulose cloth.
1. If there are still air bubbles in the piston
chamber: slant the CellTram to allow air
bubbles to escape to the filling bore.
Remove the air bubbles.
WARNING!
WARNING! Risk of injury due to flying capillaries and glass splinters.
If exposed to high pressures, capillaries can detach themselves from the grip heads and
become projectiles.
Capillaries can crack as a result of incorrect handling.
Wear protective goggles.
Never aim capillaries at people.
Use capillaries with an outer diameter that matches the grip head specifications.
Always mount/dismount capillaries when they are depressurized.
Mount the capillary correctly in the grip head.
Do not touch the capillary with the Petri dish or other objects.

CAUTION! Risk of cuts when unpacking the capillaries
Capillaries can break as a result of incorrect unpacking.
Do not reach into the capillary transport protection.
Hint!
Grip head 0 is only for capillaries with an outer diameter of 1.0 mm and 1.1 mm. Other
capillaries may only be used with the corresponding grip head (see Ordering
