2.2 Features
The Microinjector FemtoJet 4x can be used to inject amounts of fluid of up to 1 µL into
cells. The parameters for pressure and time are set on the device and controlled by the
software. It is possible to trigger the injection on the Microinjector or on a connected
micromanipulator by Eppendorf. The semiautomatic injection movement is controlled by
the Microinjector or the micromanipulator. The required pressure is provided by an
external pressure source (e.g. compressed air supply of domestic services or compressed
gas cylinder).
