INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
These headers are designed to fit on the outside of the frame rails. They may require
some modifications to the to the stock fender wells for proper fit. These headers are designed to fit a standard Ford small block
head and the header bolts should be torqued to the Ford specifications. Due to the welding process, the header flange will
sometimes warp slightly. To straighten the header and seal it to the head surface, we recommend bolting the header to the head
starting with the center bolts and working outward until all bolts are tight.
The header warranty is void if modified or any type of header wrap tape is used.

Spark plug clearance and plug wire clearance can be
an issue on some headers. If you find a clearance
issue you can switch your spark plugs out to a header
spark plug. These are shorter spark plugs which will
normally allow for better boot clearance. These plugs
are on average 1/2" shorter than a standard spark
plug. The plug on the right is a header spark plug.
